Bikini

Serves 10 servings

To make the Citrus Syrup (yields 750ml)

300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g fine sugar

To make the Drink (yields 850ml, enough for 10)

400ml decent vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (as made above)
A few cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish

Directions

For the Citrus Syrup: Combine every ingredients into a pan, bring to a simmer, agitating until the sugar dissolves. After that, take off the burner allowing it to reach room temperature entirely. Decant to a sealable bottle, cap it and store in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about four weeks.

For the Cocktail Base: Mix the specified spirits and syrup into one large bottle, allow it to infuse for an hour, then filter it preferably using cheesecloth, so it's perfectly clear.

For serving: Measure 85ml from the premix to a mixing glass containing ice, gently stirring gently for a minute to cool it down. Filter into a chilled martini glass or similar, decorate with some cranberries and finish by giving it a quick spritz of the essential oil above the glass.
